Where does this outlet go? (4/28/2013)
Not exactly up to code, someone in the past decided this was the way to do a splice in a wall! That wall is at least 10 inches thick with R30 insulation squeezed between two 2×4 stud walls.
The plumbing mess (4/28/2013)
Amazed that we had any hot water flow at all! Look at trhe kink in the left pipe, especially, although BOTH were kinked!
New Kitchen Window (4/21/2013)
The old kitchen window was a single-hung vertically opening window that was dificult to open, especially when the kitchen sink was in place, so we decided to change to a slider.
